: what is arugala?

Bingo Nathan...if thats available in your area..right on! It is so packed with Calcium and Iron and other nutrients way more than mustard, collard & even dandelion. Growing your own mustard & collards is super easy. They take up little space...and their leaves get humongus. They're essentially "weeds" . If things get tight..frozen mustard & collard greens have even more calcium and nutrients than raw ..may need to add a little thiamine due to the freezing process. Also..my neighbors loves it when I dig up their dandelion weeds (flowers & all) so I can feed my brats. So my service is twofold! Free food for Feo & Juana, and ridding the neighbors yard of unwanted weeds! . Only make sure the dandelion is pesticide free & clean em real good. Variety is the key to feeding our Igs..and making sure they get nutients they need, ya don't have to be a rocket scientist ! I usually refrain from the lettuces...even tho iceberg even has some calcium...they just aren't as nutrient dense as all the other goodies out there. Hope this helps!
