I'm leaving town for a week to visit the boyfriend's family in Memphis and, as the roommate is also out of town and I don't know the neighbors very well, thought it might be best to bring Phil with me. This is going to be a huge routine change for him--he'll have to leave his hammock and his home behind for seven or eight days. We'll be going by car and I'm trying to find a way to transport him; it needs to be something he can spend the night in without being too uncomfortable because the boyfriend's parents don't want me to leave him unattended (the rest of the time he'll be on his heating pad or on my shoulder). Does anybody have any experience with traveling? We're not a very mobile pair and I want to do this without causing him any more stress than I have to. Thanks,
