I see people decide they are going to rescue iguanas, then they can't afford food, UVB light or vet care. We have a new in Virginia where are rescues MUST register with the state, be inspected and are exected to provide adequate food, shelter, excercise and vet care. We must keep a record of who we adopt to and we now can't adopt to people who have been convicted of animal abuse, nor can these people be employed, volunteer or sit on the board.
