I just hooked up our powersun bulb today and it recommends

maximum 8 hours exposure. What are your thoughts on this. I usually turn Baby's lights on around 9 a.m. and out at 9 p.m.
Should I just turn out the powersun after 8 hours? I've still got my incandescants set up for heat. Thanks in advance. J
