You mentioned that they require very high UVB -high in relation to what and what are you using to meet the needs? Mr. D and I have been, very unplanned I might add, branching out in our study of different lizards and this is the first time I have come across anyone who even hints at a specific "high UV" need for any lizard. It would be neat for us to learn a little about these guys and what your approach to care is -as long as I'm not asking you to give away trade secrets! LOL
