You should try to find a vet in your area that has experience with iguanas. Maybe your vet would be willing to help you find someone. My ig, Claw, had swollen toes and a swollen foot, which amounted to the fact that she stubbed her toe. If your ig is thinner than normal, that could mean something more serious and it could be the reason she fell. Good luck, and I hope your ig comes out all right.
