Need your sugggestions with a injured/sick Ig

My 8yr old female fell off her limb in her new cage
yesterday and spent the rest of the day on the floor.
I didn't think much of it at the time because she often
spent a lot of time on the floor of her old cage, but
when I fead her this AM I noticed her forarm was swollen.
I have also been noticeing she is thiner than normal and
lethagic. She ate well today but I am concerned. I have
a vet appt., but could not get in until late this
afternoon. My vet does not know alot about Ig's but is willing.
Any Idea's?
