oh i'm SO exicited!

went to the store to pick up a bunch o' collards and they didn't have any ... grrrrrr .... so i was picking up everything else and planning on going to another groc. store, when i found fresh bunches of dandelion greens AND chinese (leafy) brocolli!!! have never seen it in any of the stores around here before!!! and then! i discovered that they now have packages of collards, kale, and mustard greens (just like the packaged lettuce you can get for salads)!!! haven't opened the package yet, so i may be disappointed, but i was excited to find the other two ...
so, i'm off to turn my kitchen into an ig-salad factory now! it takes so little to make me happy ... sometimes, i worry that i have no life ... but then i realize, i don't care! i'm high on ig-salad ... LOL ... !!!!!!!!!!
