Iguana Blister

Hi! my Iggy has a little blister on her side, i believe it's my fault
from when I gave her a bath yesterday, I think its where the HOT water
flicked on her, actaully Im almost positive. but anyways it's gone to a
blister now, so what should I do? should I just put some cream on it,
I already cleansed It with water, and it's nothing serious, but I was just
wondering what kind (if any) of cream would be helpfull, and which to
stay away from
