Continue with daily warm soaks, take a fresh fecal sample to the vet to check for parasites/worms, and make sure he has UV light and high temps for digesting his food properly. He could, indeed, have a blockage. Make sure his food is very wet. The vet would have to do an xray more than likely to tell if there was a blockage. Good luck and keep us posted.
