Questions about these pillows

Great picture and the pillow is a great idea, she seems very comfy. Just wondering, these pillows do they need specific materials or stuffing because it is for an iguana? Not sure if they are affected by anything that may be in the pillows. Anyhow I will probably be purchasing one soon, do you have to measure your iguana for the pillow, or are there just generic sizing, sm, med, lg?
