Hmmm, maybe the problem is my unit. It's a Holmes, I got it at Walmart. I just thought they all did that, as my parents use one (different brand) and they get the same problem. It sure would make my daily lizard care routine a bit easier if I did not have to completely wipe out the bottom of her cage every day. It seems that the water is from condensation, because when it is not running, it does not leak. Her cage is well ventilated, but the screen does not run all the way to the floor level, so the mist cannot get out once it sinks. I'll try to get a pic this weekend...
