Something is just not right with Double D

I dont know what, and I know that seems weird, shes just not herself. Shes not as active as she usually is. She is laying at the bottom of her enclosure,a dn shes puffy looking in her tummy even after she potty's. Im calling the vet tomorrow but keep her in your thoughts, I just dont know its just something not right.
