I am currently doing the med thing with Kamikaze. To make sure he doesn't squirm (he's still about 2 feet long) too much ( he has stiches) I wrap him in a towel. To give him the meds I unwrap the towel near his head and continue holding his body with the other hand. He has liquid meds so I just syringe it on in.
