need advice on medicating.

My Lizzy has been very ill. She was at the vet for a week, yes a reputable reptile vet.
I now have to give meds twice a day and am a little nervous. I have medicated cats before and that's a piece of cake.
Not so with an iguana, right.

Any suggestions to help please, tonight will be my first attempt.
