good grief, this isn't a religon forum so give it up. this is a reptile forum, and we're all here because we care about reptiles and want to be able to care for them as well as possible. this also means that we actually DO CARE about things like the mistreatment of herps. it's a horrible thing and i know from experience that most petcos and petsmarts DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CARE FOR REPTILES! maybe the one you know about is the exception but it is a gross mistake to say that they are doing a good job. anyway, if enough people are informed, then something CAN be done about this. either they will actually learn how to care for their animals, or they can get huge fines, or in some cases they could be closed down. at the very least, people could not buy herps from them, which would discourage them from having them since no one buys them. it makes me sick when people like you sit here and say "yeah, it's a shame, but you can't do anythingabout it so give up". fine, maybe you can't do anything about it with that attitude, but other people can.
