helping iggy shed?

Hi all!
I was just wondeting as Gizmo seems to be shedding AGAIN (still?) if I should help peel her skin off at all. I've read that shed can cut off toe circulation and stuff so I'm always worried about that but she doesn't seem to like being helped....at ALL. It's kind of fun for me too - it saves the skin around my nails from getting picked at. :-) Anyway, if someone could tell me whether or not I should just leave her alone it'd be great. Thanks!
