Whydo you say a vet couldnt do anything for her?

here are some photo's I have taken to give a better look, she can walk around and she can move it but I don't know if it ight be broken, try and help out if you know of these things and not just tell me to take her to a vet, for at a vet, they couldn't do anything for her....
