What I took from this post was that the individual has already had the animal to the vet without improvement. Whether or not this is the case, it is unfair to jump to conclusions. Perhaps there is not a "QUALIFIED" vet in the area. This kind of attack is completely unwarranted. When someone asks for help, obviously they need it. What they do not need is harsh and purposeless criticism.
