Yes, it is sad that they had to kill the Ig. But, what about "nuisance" alligators in Florida? Bet you didn't know that any alligator over 4' in length that shows "no fear of human" (define that as you will) will be captured and destroyed. Is that the right thing to do? I do not believe so.
