C. SOPT BELIEVING EVERYTHING SENT TO YOU. Forwards warning about things like a virus, or "microsoft hotmail charging" things, or icq forwards etc. Stop forwarding them as well.

Sorry folks. I just had to reply. I am so tired of seeing this kind of stuff on the forums when it is so easily avoidable. I have been using a computer with email and internet acsess for over 5 years now and by following the simple steps above I have yet to have a virus.
