Iguana's don't like change, and she's showing you that by not eating.
How old is she?
Little activity, or being lethargic, can be a sign of health problems as well.
my iguana, Tarzan, has never been a terror. He was always good as soon as he got out of his cage. He used to be a challenge to get out. Now that he's matured a bit, he is a complete doll. lol, my grandmother is in love with him and coo's to him whenever I have him out :P
On the other hand, the juvie iguana I'm watching till may is like satan's child, himself. He whips and bites like there's no tomorrow.
Since she isn't even basking, I'd keep a close watch on her and maybe even schedule a vet visit just to be sure.
