Okay -- baby food is okay in a PINCH, but not as a staple. I guess if you can't get squash, it would be better than nothing. I know you can substitute canned pumpkin in a pinch also.

Good veggies -- collard greens, mustard greens, dandelion greens, endive, escarole, (I've heard watercress, but mine doesn't seem to like it), turnip tops, butternut squash, sugar snap peas, parsnips, green beans, figs, cantaloupe, berries -- these are all good for your iggie. Keep the fruit to l0 percent.
