Other good ones are: escarole, dandelion greens (which you can pick yourself if you're SURE there aren't any pesticides on them, endive is good (which you said you use), mustard greens.
Have you ever seen Swiss chard? The leaves are sort of wrinkly, but it's collards are about the same size, but they're smooth.
Maybe you can find a picture on the net. I'll look and see if I can.
