Yeah, I should have realised earlier because I have heard about the heat rocks as well.

Well, I ran him under the cold water twice last night and thismorning he seems fine. I'm going to take him in this evening for a check up ( we dont have access to a car until this evening ) His skin is normal colour except for one patch about 1 square cm or smaller which is slightly off coloured. He was all loving to me thismorning which was surprising considering what I had to do to him! I opened the cage and he leapt out to sit on my shoulder and stayed there a while!
