Here are some questions for you to answer. Giving us more information will help us give you a better answer. What are you feeding for "salad"? What are you using for a UVB source? What is the average temp in the tank? What are you using for a heat lamp? What size is your enclosure?
When switching an iguana from pellet to fresh food, there can be a period when he/she refuses it. Give the ig some time to adjust. Also, many igs will refuse food when stressed. Being in a new environment will cause stress.
You can try mixing some of the pellets into the fresh food to encourage the ig to eat. Make sure the pellets are well hydrated with either juice or water to avoid impaction.
