I AM SO SAD!!!!!!!!!

When I was going to give Hoss his salad this morning I was going about the ritual as usual, but I noticed he was all puffed up and he never does this.Only does he puff himself up when I am bout to pick him up for his bath, and petting session. So when he did this I looked up at him and found myself talking to him like he understood me. I was like "What's wrong HOSS", and he cocked his head sideways........He actually started to bob at me.......Can you believe it.....I've had my baby for 4 months now and this is the first time he's done this......Does this mean he's growing up and going to start challenging me for rank??? I'm so sad..... I didn't think he'd ever do this to me.......He also was opening his mough and showing his not so big teeth that he has,but it wasn't a suttle gesture to say the least......Now that he's bobbing what should I expect now in the way of development......anything???? Should I treat him differently???
