I dont think you are being even slightly rude, because if I was in your situation and you had written what I wrote, I would have told you the same thing.

I have mentioned all the things to the people, and the son who deals with the reptiles has said that he would question all the things on a course he is going on soon. When the snakes got sick, I did enter the petshop fairly angree and I told them what I thought of the matter. They said that in the spring they usually got the feeder fish in(which the snakes can eat) and that they would order an extra amount so that we could last a year with them, which I was glad about.

I guess I've just got to learn to open my mouth a bit more to them, I'm normally not the type to do this, but I suppose when animals are involved that its an important situation. Do you think that I could anonymously get the 'animal rights' to check them out? Would they pay attention to such a 'small' (to them maybe) matter?
Thats maybe a better idea. Has anyone ever done this? Any advice?
