If they're giving customers the wrong info, and FRIENDS the wrong info, what the hell are they doing to the animals whilst still in their own care?!?!?

Remember, even a GOOD pet store will not give an (any animal) the complete attention that it needs, that only its final owner can (should) give!

That commonality not the pet stores fault, I've seen some VERY good pet, fish and reptile stores with an outstanding love and passion for the animals in their care, but at the end of the day they are a business and may "stock" potentially hundreds of a given type of animal. They can't sit and play with each of them for an hour a day to keep them used to humans, or mist everybody's tank several a day (not if they've a LOT of reptiles that need it), or give young beardies, leopards, and other reptiles the care and attention that they REALLY need, but they still do well with what they have. And that's with pet stores that DO give out the right information.

So a pet store that gives out the wrong information to its customers, and supposed "friends" certainly doesn't give a damn about the animal whether it's in their care or somebody else's.
