It doesn't matter if it is two males or even two females, or one of each. In reality the only reason iguanas "sit next to each other" is for safety in numbers, and maybe the fact there may be only one basking spot. Other than that iguanas generally need to be alone, as they do not enjoy sharing space with other iguanas. The dominant iguana is not being mean, he is being a normal iguana, who happens to be a more dominant personality than the other. The iguana being dominated over will either be seriously injured or starve to death very soon if you do not seperate them. If you cannot keep two seperate enclosures you'll have to give one of the iguanas up.
