When will my ig shed again?!?

Hello, quick question. I live in Nebraska (that's right in the middle for those of you who don't know) anyway, if there's anyone else who lives in the midwest and knows the weather patterns here, could you please tell me WHEN I can expect my igs APPETITE to pick up, as well as his SHEDDING. His skin is very dull right now and I can tell his spikes need to shed desperately! They almost look like they're dying. I keep him bathed and misted on a daily basis. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated..thanks.
