uvheat.com? Take your business elsewhere, Heres Why

I ordered a 100 watt uv heat bulb Friday November 16, the site said allow 1 to 3 weeks, Tomorrow I start on the 5th week of waiting. I left about 5 emails getting 1 response that took me no where. I also Have called them about 6 times getting the answering machine each time Ive left one message and havnt gotten a response yet. Im posting this message because I know they probably get a bunch of customers who are active on kingsnake forums. I want to warn you guys that the place treats their customers like crap, And i want them to see this message so they know they cant treat their customers like crap.
So take your business to other sites. There are plenty of sites which sell uvheat bulbs. And next time thats where I will be ordering mine from
