Marnie, I am currently living in Guelph Ontario and I would be happy to go into this store and say a few words to the management. I am the owner of an iguana and I really hate hearing pet store horror stories, and I'm really glad that maybe I can actually go do something about it. Can you tell me the name of the street and what petstore it is? Is it the one in the plaza that has Casey's Restaurant in the parking lot? I'm not sure of the name.
