Salad........

My ig won't touch a salad. I feed him all the greens separately and use a plastic lid with little piles of all of the other stuff. Your ig is eating GOOD greens (mustard, turnip, collards). I give those leaves whole and then cut up (differs each day) cantaloupe, figs, beans, snap peas, squash -- and add a spoon of (maybe three) on a lid and give them to him that way.
