Question about squash, and food in general.

Okay, i usually use butternut squash for my iggy's salad, but it seems to be out of season, or they just don't want to carry right now..so they do have spaghetti, yellow, and acorn squash, could i subsitute one of these for butternut?

Okay... i'd also like a link (if anyone has it) on a page that has maybe some veggies listed, sometimes, there's just so many to choose from... =)

Also.. is persimmon good for iguanas? I saw those not to long ago, and seem to be local.
