If you are having problems with your "team leader", I would call your regional manager and inform him of the problem. If you do not get any help from your regional, keep going up the ladder until someone listens to you.

I know this is frustrating for you but you are doing the right thing. I wish I had photos of mites to share with you but I think that even photos might night help in this case.
