The dandilion greens and escarole you should be able to find in your local grocery store, I know I can anyway, at least for the dandilion greens, but that may depend on where you live, personally, I live in Ontario. About the breeding... I think they have to be at least of couple of years old for it but dont quote me. But I'd defenately re-consider it. Keep in mind all of the unwanted Ig's already out there that are poorly treated, you dont want to contribute to that problem now do you? As for the enclosures... mines not big enough yet to worry, but you might look into the free roaming thing if you dont want to worry about building anything.
