If you knew "everything" then you would also know that purchasing an iguana isn't something that most of the folks on this board advovate. Sorry if this comes across harsh but it is a reality that most of the folks on this board would tell you to adopt over purchase. There are MANY iguanas in need of a home all over the US, not to mention the world. My suggestion would be to contact the local herp society in your area and see if they can point you in the direction of an iguana that needs a home, I'm sure they will be able to.

Also, I have to ask at the risk of getting nasty feedback -If you knew the iguana your aunt purchased was sick, why did it take 4 years to die? Did you take it to the vet? I'm a little confused on the wording of your post -it kind of makes it sound like you knew the iguana came to you sick and that it took 4 years to die.
