Hello again...Well sorry about me saying hes not relocated, but i learned right now that he actually was as JNelson explained to me...Thanx JNelson...Anyways, i want to say thanx alot Roger...After i read all the info at that link you gave me, i did it without giving up or giving in an inch and to my surprise after many lashings and many bites i finnally picked him up and walked him around while petting him and saying "its ok im not going to hurt you" and he was completely relaxed...Thanx alot again...That site has helped me out...Lator

: Igs just *hate* being relocated, and they are designed to distrust new people. They are psychologically attuned to having prey-animal responses to stress - run or fight.
: Is he big or small? If he's big, don't let him get a good bite of you. Small igs can't do much damage.
: It might help to know that igs don't have the ability to think through stress-related problems, they just react instinctively until they become familiar with the new environment and people, and then they can relax.
