those of you who rescue, need input please read

: 1.) What do you do when you come across an individual or a group who advertises themselves as a rescue when in reality they are so bad that they should be shut down? : This is the question I have been asking myself all day and have not been able to come up with a good answer. : 2.) What do you do when you come across one of these entities and try to offer them assistance and information and they refuse it, won't listen or don't think they are doing anything wrong? : Another thing I have been contemplating all day. : 3.) What do you do when you come across a well known internet group in a public forum and find that upon seeing them in real time they are horrible, don't live up to the mission they promote on their website or are just plain not what they appeared to be on their website? : : Thank in advance for any input you are willing to give.
