just rescued another ig need help with this one

i just rescued a baby iguana he/shes real small and her spine seems to be curved and one of her back legs is swollen. i have it on a healthy diet now and have given it the proper lighting, heating etc. do you think i can correct these problems? it eats and drinks it just looks funny
