If you don't know exactly what the HSUS is trying to accomplish then you also do not know what it is that you are trying to fight against. Having a clear focus in order to "combat" any HSUS positions is much better than simply railing away at generalizations.

Jumping up and yelling "Hell, no" is fine - as long as you really know why you are doing it. Otherwise, it would be entirely possible that by simply "jumping up" you are performing an excellent impersonation of a lemming....

Education - in all aspects, along all avenues....
