Please help...I am getting REALLY worried

Hi. I really need help. About 2 months ago, my beloved Ig Robert, who is 3 1/2, developed a lump on the side of his right front foot. I did not think much of it, and hoped it would go away, but it did not, and it is now about 1/3 the size of his whole foot! It also is getting pale and the scales are getting crusty. Now another lump is developing on the knuckle of the same foot. I've taken him to the vet 3 times, who each time has given him an injection. I also put Betadine on the lumps every day. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? ANY help would be greatly appriciated. Thank you!
