Yes I have switched over to the active uvb light about 2 months ago now. Actually for a 60 watt bulb that adds more light to her enclosure I bought a pack of 4 for like 1.00, Yeah when I had the heat light and uvb flourcent the double lights had it light up really nicely. Now that I have the active uvb bulb it lights it up well but just leaves one area darker and so I figured id throw in a regular bulb since I had one on hand and the space cut in the top of the enclosure and it seems to give it just that extra bit of light it needed. She seems to be fien with it just wanted to do a check to be sure they were safe. All though shes not happy with me now that I fixed it so she CANT escape her enclosure now LOL.
