If you want to pursue this further, ask your local PetCompany who their regional person is and contact them. I know that PetCompany corporate is somewhere out in your neck of the woods so it may actually be easier to go directly there for regional answers.
Simply by making a few phone calls to the regional person that controlled a Utah shop I was able to assist in having a "shop iguana" (which PetCompanies do not allow) removed from a Utah PetCompany. You could check out our site for more info on how that situation came about. I know that Diana is very busy these days with the audio world (I'm STILL waiting for my speakers Diana ;)~......)
