Would be to find out who the REGIONAL Companion Animal Coordinator is for the SD area. I'm not sure if they are based in Tx or not. You'd have to make a few phone calls to find out. I know that the regional person handling at least the Utah area as of a year ago was a woman by the name of Neddie Pedro (sp?)down, I believe in Houston. You maybe able to backtrack through the PetCompany home website and find phone #'s. Maybe I'll go check that m'self now....
