Radiant Heat Panel confusion...suggestions?

I've been trying to decide between a radiant heat panel and cermaic heaters. I think I am leaning more towards radiant heat panels, but I am confused as to which one to get. And they are a lot of $, so I was hoping some of you could stear me in the right direction before I shelve out a lot of $. My enclosure is about 5 ft by 5.5ft. And where exactly to you install these things?
