When I put Hoss' salad in his enclosure I've been noticing that he eats most of the fruit, and squash first, but isn't eating too much of the greens. Usually I give Collard, and turnip as they are more readily available at the Market!....I usually supply raspberries or strawberries for the fruit, but not both at the same time, and snow peas, and green beans, or sweet potato for the veggie....Other than that I use butternut squash, dandelion greens (from outside), sometime a little banana, kiwi, watermelon, and Zuchini! Anyway what should I start doing, so he eats more of the greens? Leave out the fruit in the morning and supply him some once he eats his greens? I don't know....I mean I am sure he is healthy, and I give him everything I need, but I just don't want him to get insufficient nutrients, or a unstable diet ya know? well thanks if you can help!
