Looking to get Active UV

: I am looking to get an Active UV light for JJ. I will be replacing his regular basking spot light, which is a 150w soft white bulb. Should I get a 150w Active UV, or do they give off more heat? If so, what size should I get? Also, I understand there are two types, one is a more concentrated spot light, and one is a more general light lamp. Which is better? Also, JJ's Iguana Light 5.0 is due for a replace... I will still need to keep up the schedule for those, even with the Active UV, correct? : Thank you!
