Enclosure Setups what would be best

ok i'm going to get my iguana soon. I've done tons and i mean TONS of research (in fact it seems they die pretty easy). but i still want one. I want to make sure i have the perfect setup for him. this si what i'm planing my setup to be

4L x 4H x 2D
1 uvb light (how long should i leave it on each day)
1-2 basking lamp
Astro Turf for flooring
Large Tub for soaking
1 shelf for basking on
and of course lots of climbing branches and all. How would i keep his enclosure the right humidity, what just spray some water in there every day. I want to make sure i get this absolutely right so my iggy lives long and happy.
